We have been targeting SFRs in areas outside the state of Oregon because of the positive cashflow. However, we are just now beginning to look at opportunities in Oregon. We have a PM investor (cash) who's interested in SFR opportunities in Salem/ Keizer (these deals will ideally be in need of serious rehab, have at least 1000 sqf of living space, and be in a low-crime area of town). We are more than willing to pay a finder's fee for the right deal.....
