About myself
No experience with real estate investing but currently absorbing all info available including 3 day classes and lots of books. Currently biggest hurdle is funding which the more I research the more I see is not too hard to find. A bit afraid of what I could get myself into financially as I'm no the only person who depends on me, but I'm ready to take a chance on something that could mean financial freedom for my family and I! Currently in Richmond, VA and any advise is greatly appreciated!
