I have been in the property management business for 5+ years, specializing in villa and condo associations with some HOAs. Prior to that I worked in the legal field. During my time managing property I have receive notice of foreclosures, tax and sheriff sale info etc. and recently have begun researching and finding ways to work on the investment side of real estate also.
