Cassy T.

I have been working in real estate investing for about 10 years. Starting off slow with 3 flips, living in each one for 2 years then selling. Then, after 20 years working in Supply Chain, I made a career change to real estate investing full time. I relocated to Knoxville, TN in 2020 and was up to 9 doors all furnished MTR. I am now looking at expanding into other markets in the south. I love education and thrive off networking! Career goal: To have enough passive income to not work a traditional 8-5 job, so that I can travel more. Immediate goal: To connect with the correct lender, real estate agent and other resources to begin investing in the Knoxville area.
