Hi, I'm originally from Chicago, IL and moved 5+ years ago to the Scottsdale, AZ area. I have been an Interior Designer for over 30 years. I love the possibilities real estate gives me to grow my income! I'm really passionate about it. Experience: I have owned my own condo. I bought land years ago. Built a home on that land that I lived 23 years in IL. My existing home I'm living in is from a short sale transaction 5 years ago. In interior design I have helped clients build their homes and renovate them. I've helped them improve their homes to sell for pretty profits. I love real estate and the opportunities it has given me to grow my income. Love flipping and rehabbing now. Just getting into Multifamily and really enjoying the difference in investing it affords me now and in the future. Real Estate Goals: I've been gathering up a great team to enhance my investing in wholesale property flipping, rehabbing and commercial multifamily. I understand that the type of homes that I am used to designing for my clients is not the type of home that I would be looking for nor design them the way I would normally. I'm looking to do many deals to get me where I need to be financially and be able to help others on my way. Ready to do what I need to do to bring in continual income. Currently Seeking: Seeking Real Estate Agents that are wiling to do the work and bring in properties that are great for investors without having to do total new builds. I find that most realtors do not think like investors and need as much information as possible to make good decisions, but realtors aren't willing to do the comps and follow through. It requires using the parameters I use to invest to make my job a bit simpler, spend my time where it can be better spent, while investing in other deals continually. It's not easy to get contractors without an attitude and get what we do. That they are well respected in the flipping/rehabbing business to get the jobs done quickly and well is important. Finding wholesalers that are willing to turn over a property without gouging prices on profit in the Phoenix area is difficult lately. Build relationships with others who are knowledgable and able to get things done and understand what it takes to do well in the industry.
