Hi there! I'm Catrina, a Business Coach/Consultant and RN Health & Wellness Educator for High-Achieving Women Entrepreneurs. So. . .You MAY be asking -- How does a Nurse of 25 years suddenly become a Business Coach/Consultant and a Real Estate Investor? Great Question! Easy Answer. I LOVE SOLVING PEOPLE'S PROBLEMS. My real estate investing journey began in early Spring 2002, after purchasing my first SFH as a primary residence, with intention to turn that house into a rental property, using some of the equity from that property to purchase the next SFH. I repeated this process until I acquired five homes and was successful UNTIL 2008, when the market crashed. I was burned out and turn off from land-lording, BUT. . . I knew I would someday in some way find my way back to real estate, so here I am. I am now back in the game as a Virtual Investor/Wholesaler, a family owned & operated business. I am new to the Bigger Pockets community and very much looking forward to connecting with others in the Real Estate Industry! I LOVE to learn, I'm a social butterfly and making new connections and building genuine relationships always gets me excited!
