Computer Engineer by day. Buy and Hold Invester by night. I have been a landlord for several years now but am recently making a push to move more of my investment portfolio over to real estate and join the FIRE movement. Here are my markets and near term goals: California's Central Valley I grew up in Manteca, CA where I still own my first home. I am looking to expand here by adding a small multifamily (3 - 8 doors) in the Ripon or Salida area. Pullman, WA I have a son in college at WSU (Go Cougs!) and recently bought a home on Military Hill. This is a tough market to cash flow in but I am interested in any deals that do. (Practally speaking, this is likely be duplex or triplex with seveal bedrooms per unit for use as student housing). Western Washington I currently live in Woodinville, WA. For my next deal, I am looking for a BRRRR deal which will likley come from the King County Foreclosure Auciton.
