Hi there! I've recently been looking for ways to get into real estate investing and am here to learn. I own a party arts business and have plenty of time to research other streams of income. My main problem is not knowing where to start and what makes most sense for my situation. I just need a bit of direction. Here is my situation: Age: 44 Status: Mom with 2 kids Employment: Self Employed, no additional income Neighborhood/Area: Very Expensive but I live modestly below market level Housing: I live in a poorly kept tiny mobile home park in an expensive neighborhood. I own a 2 bedroom 1976 Double Wide worth about $60K only because of the location. My space rent is $780 per month in an area where two bedroom apartments go for over $2,000 per month and 2 bedroom homes rent for about $2,800 per month or more. Networth/Liquid Capital: $500 lol Investment Goal: $1,000 per month cash flow income property in two years. This my change as I learn more :) Looking forward to learning from you all!
