Chris Townley

I've been interested in fixing up houses ever since I was a kid. I started out by going to architecture school, but only lasted a year their. After working in construction management & estimating for a few years, I went back to school and now have a Master's degree in Urban Planning. Grad school is where I was really bitten by the real estate development bug. I'm starting out with buying & holding small multifamily properties to build capital, but I would like to expand to small scale development, focusing on re-investing in walkable downtowns.
