About myself
Hi everyone! My name is Cesar and I am a psychotherapist (and so not "psycho the rapist" as they say---LOL) by profession. I am very new to real estate investing and while I have invested myself in real estate investment education I have little practical experience. I am joining Biggerpockets precisely in hopes that I may enhance my practical knowledge even as I am now currently active in submitting purchase offers. I am especially interested in learning how to creatively yet ethically fund my deals. I am looking forward to your tutelage.
