I am originally from Canada and have been living in Southern California for past 12 years. I have been real estate investing for over 25 years and have done over 100 transactions in Canada, the Midwest and Southern California. My primary business model is currently Fix & Flip $1-3M properties in San Diego County but have experience with note investing and commercial real estate and development as well. I am Co-Owner of the San Diego Outback Real Estate Investor Network and love sharing ideas about creative real estate investing.
