Originally from Puerto Rico, I have resided in Central Florida for over 23 years. Studied electrical engineering at the University of Central Florida while also working in real estate (family business). I enjoy living and investing in Florida and appreciate the unique investment opportunities the state offers. My background is in real estate finance but I have been successfully flipping & wholesaling for the past 5 years. I enjoy working in partnerships and feel it's the best way to leverage resources and be more effective. I'm currently focused on cashflow strategies and raising private money to fund portfolios.
