Chad Althaus

I'm a Texas A&M graduate living with my wife in Cypress, TX as an engineer. I became most interested in real estate after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and talking to a few others. I've been listening to the BP podcast for a long time now, and we purchased our first rental in the summer of 2016 here in Houston, and it's been doing great. We are very eager to acquire more properties and want to network with others in the area and online to learn and to hopefully be able to provide value to others as much as I can. We want to escape the rat race, so that we can spend more time with our future kids and each other and to serve the Lord in more ways than we currently are able.
