About myself
My name is Chad and I am interested in real estate investing. I am new to the game, just starting to get my feet wet. I have spent the last 6 months analyzing deals, reading books, networking with other individuals with like interest, and listening to podcasts to increase my education in real estate. I am interested in multi family deals and also starting to get my feet wet in out of state properties. I am looking forward to learning more and meeting everyone on Bigger Pockets.
