I'm a real estate investor from the greater Seattle area. I'm a huge family guy. I think that's why I have such a drive and passion for real estate. I love the aspect of searching and finding that awesome deal and finding creative, new ways to get the best price possible! Having that long term passive income creates more opportunities for free time and enables me to do the things I love with my family.
