Chad Miles

As a recent college graduate, I went to work at a large company in IT like many of my friends. However, I quickly realized that my passion and dreams resided in real estate. I bought my first duplex last year and am currently "house hacking". My brother and I are developing Red Cedar Acquisitions, an investing company purchasing multi family apartment buildings. We will gain experience from investing in Metro Detroit before we expand into other markets.
