15 year marketing guy with RE in my blood. I'm an info nerd...tireless in my research of neighborhood development and market projection. I love the hunt and the excitement of betting on growing communities and finding properties ripe for value-add design and construction. I have 2 LTRs that I manage personally. Also, soon to have my TN RE license. Now, I'm looking to blend all my skills and passion...RE analysis, helping others with their RE sales/buying, becoming an expert in local markets, rehabbing, project management, marketing myself and others, content creation (SEO/SEM), social media marketing, and more.
