Hello everyone. We are the Parkers! I have been investing in real estate since 2016. I started with rentals until I married my husband. Now we flip houses together for our family and other investors as well. We own a contracting business, A.W.P. Contracting LLC. My husband's family owned a mobile home park so he learned a lot growing up working on their rental repairs. His father also owned a plumbing business before he retired. I got my real estate license a few years ago and was an agent up until we had our daughter. Now we are full time contractors and investors. We would love to meet more like minded inviduals in our area and connect with other investors.
