I know I'm not destined to work for someone the rest of my life. I'd like to get into real estate investing but am having difficulty figuring out how to get the funds to buy an investment property. I checked with loan officers and I have to have 20% down to get a loan...I haven't been able to save that much due to a draining construction project on my own home. I just want to know how so many other people were able to start out in the investment property/multiple streams of income line of business...
