I'm a Realtor in Lane County, Oregon. Have been on Biggerpockets since 2011! I LOVE real estate!!! It's my passion and I'm very excited about investing in real estate, not only so I can help my family and ensure a better future, but also to help my clients and the community in which we live. Investors really are cleaning up neighborhoods and that inspires other neighbors. I truly believe real estate is a fantastic investment and it is a wonderful, exciting and Biggerpockets is a great resource. Experience: I have bought several homes for myself over the years and have helped LOTS of buyer and sellers buy/sell their properties. Real Estate Goals: I want to have a phenomenal rental income when I retire in 20 years. Eventually my goal is to get out of selling and buying for others and just do it for myself. Until then, I love finding properties for investors!! Currently Seeking: Currently, I am a Realtor and I'm seeking investors who wish to purchase real estate. I specialize in bank-owned properties and cash-only properties. I know the commission on these is VERY small, but it's my passion. I love to see these dilapidated homes resurrected and love how it cleans up communities! It is a win/win for everyone involved especially for all the neighbors in the community where these homes are transformed.
