I'm a full time realtor with a portfolio of buy & hold properties, most of which are short term rentals. I own three SF, all of which I use as STRs and live in one of them. I'm looking into scale my STR portfolio by using private money and commercial loans. I was formerly a teacher and acquired my properties through house hacking then doing cash out refinance to acquire the next property.
