I'm a seasoned real estate investor based in Southeast Iowa, specializing in properties across the Midwest...open to going further. With a diverse portfolio spanning 160 apartments, 3 self-storage facilities, and quite a few single-family homes, I bring quite a bit of experience to the table. Beyond my real estate, I own two restaurants, The Buffalo Tavern and Buffalo61 Bar and Grille, alongside owning Fork Catering Company and my Portable Woodfired Pizza Oven Business. I have been a restaurant owner for almost 15 years, and a real estate investor for most of that period also. In addition to my professional commitments, I am actively involved in the Southeast Iowa Property Owners (SEIPO) landlord and real estate investor group, where I serve as President, facilitating networking and knowledge-sharing among fellow investors. Outside of work, I have two teenage children, Hudson & Kya, and I'm an avid supporter and season ticket holder of the Kansas City Chiefs. I enjoy reading, traveling locally and abroad, flying drones, running, working out, eating, hanging out with my two English Bulldogs-Brutus & Bianca, and investing.
