Started reading in Bigger Pockets in December 2019. Bought my first duplex in March 2020 and filled it with tenants in the middle of Covid, bought a second duplex with fiancé who also has his own duplex in September 2020. We own in Kenmore,North Buffalo, and have completed a perfect BRRRR on the west side. Have used conventional financing, house hacked, hard money, and are establishing relationships with local banks to continue to grow. We would like to start scaling into deals with more units under one roof.
