CURRENTLY SEEKING: To learn more about property management, especially how property managers have responded to COVID impacting occupancy rates and tenant screenings. During quarantine, I started working toward obtaining my real estate sales associate license. I've read several real estate and business books, including Rental Property Investing, Long-Distance Real Estate Investing, the BRRRR book, Estimating Rehab Costs, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and Richest Man in Babylon.
