I've been involved with mortgage lending since 2005. My father was an investor so I learned from an early age how the industry and market worked but ended up on the financing side. I run a branch at a local mortgage bank in St. Louis, with in-house processing, underwriting, and funding. We are outside the box thinkers who aren't in the business of turning loans down, we're in the solution business. I also offer non-QM private loans that are investor friendly like DSCR and many other options. I'm not your typical lender and when investors talk with me they instantly understand they're in good hands.
