In my early 50's, from the midwest originally, have lived all over the past 30 years. Looking to get into real estate ventures, flipping homes, renting properties, and property management. I hold a Master Degree in Organizational Leadership and am looking forward to my next career after the military. Experience: Bought and sold several homes, currently own 4 rental properties. Been on both sides, Ive owned homes, lived in rentals and owned rentals, all over the last 20 + years due to job relocations every 3 or so years. Real Estate Goals: Begin acquiring additional rental properties so that in the next 2-3 years I have a good start to my real estate portfolio. Post military I am interested in accumulating and additional 2-4 rental properties and also begin with some small flips, and work on growth from there. Currently Seeking: Good advice, mentorship, best practices and smart people who are willing to share. Willing to work with local mentors to learn the essentials of the business, how to put together deals, analyze deals and pick up whatever I can learn along that way.
