I am a real estate investor in San Diego, California. Not too long after I started investing, I began searching for, asking agents and other investors to recommend a good property manager to manager a property of mine. Out of my frustration in not being able to find a reliable property manager, I co-founded my own property management company to do things the right way and from the perspective of an investor. Having a reliable property management team has allowed me to grow my investments and consider new deals that come my way!
