I am a driven real estate investor beginning my path to true financial freedom. I am focused on buy and hold rentals and flipping. I believe in letting the deal and my current goal(s) determine which route I will take. I believe the BRRRR method is the second most powerful real estate tool and use it as my main strategy. The most powerful is house hacking, but my wife has a rule that she will not live anywhere she has to share a wall with another person she isn't related to. We all have our own hurdles!
