I have a passion for real estate – a drive to create special places for people to live, work and play. As the Town Center Manager of a Traditional Neighborhood Development, I carry out the vision for the community by creating a destination for commerce and entertainment. That role first involved creating the village green and programming it as an outdoor event space for the Clemson community. By demonstrating the commercial viability of the Town Center I have been able to attract premier restaurant and retail tenants. I am currently focused on delivering beautiful and efficient new commercial buildings that exude a southern charm and aesthetic for which the community is known. Outside of my day job, I am also an up-and-coming real estate investor. I own and manage a portfolio of single and multifamily residential rental properties, specializing in creating value through rehabs. I love using creative financing to offer win-win solutions for sellers and myself.
