I work for a southeast regional real estate firm specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single family properties for investors. We also manage, rehab and offer new construction services to national and regional institutional investment firms. After obtaining my real estate license in Florida a few years ago, I have now relocated to beautiful North Carolina and I'm learning the market one day at a time. I am not licensed in NC yet but will be in the next couple of months. I am a outdoors kinda guy that loves to go camping, hiking, kayaking, snowmobiling, skydiving etc. Back in South-Africa I used to disappear every other weekend into the mountains on my motorcycle to go and explore, I also used to be a pilot but my license has expired unfortunately. My experience has taught me that a good work ethic goes a long way, you NEVER stop learning and that one hand washes the other.
