About myself
I'm brand new to real estate investing, actually trying to educate myself right now. My interest is buy and hold, multifamily properties, at least for now. I've read about so many great little niches, but I'm working hard to stay focused, get my first couple deals and then maybe try something new down the road. I love BP and all the people who so willingly share their wisdom and knowledge. Looking forward to the day I have enough experience to share something worthwhile with other investors.
