New to this world but I am looking to build up my portfolio. Experience: I own and manage several SFR rentals as well as a couple commercial apartments. Real Estate Goals: I have a different goal than most. I like my W2 job, and it allows me the flexibility to pursue my real estate interest. I started my career in real estate as more of a side hobby because it made so much financial sense. I seem to now have taken it pretty far from the hobby realm, but I wouldn't say I have a second job just yet, so there's always that.
