About myself
I am a new investor looking to build a passive income portfolio. Given that I am looking in Los Angeles and working a 9-5, I am exploring opportunities in turnkey style investments. My goal is to be as hands-off as possible (understanding that there is still work to be done) but if out-of-state investments are the route I am going, I want to learn as much as possible!
