Chris Fuhs

I moved to the Indy area within the last year for work. I work two jobs and am just getting into the real estate realm. I'm still cutting through the dense forest of the learning phase, but I've moved forward on three deals so far. They are all fairly passive so far (two jobs), but I'm planning to use them to enhance the learning curve and get in the game. The first two deals are partnerships in larger multi-family deals, and the third is financing a new construction project in the Fountain Square area. I'm open to new ideas and deals in order to scale out as effectively as I can. My overall goal is to scale and build as much wealth as I can in order to be financially free and give back to others. I look forward to meeting more people, learning, and expanding my investments!
