This deal has consisted of a complete gut and renovation of the second story apartments. Rents have been increased nearly 3x. Currently trying to get the first floor commercial space into a NNN lease. Real Estate Goals: Short-term goal is to stabilize our current investment property. Long-term goal is to buy more mixed-use properties or potentially partner on small multifamily. Currently learning commercial real estate leasing and have growing interest in this sector.
