im 41 years old still living paycheck to paycheck..... i have a good job own two properties, one i currently reside in and one in my home state of Oklahoma. i left the house for my mother in Oklahoma to use as a cash flow for herself... and bad tennants destroyed the property after being evicted for not paying rent in 5 months of living there for free. me being 12 hours away and not being financially able to help, the house now sits vacant. i plan to get the house rentable again this year, as well as purchase another BRRRR here in the south texas area, and try to switch to a real estate investor state of mind.
