30 years old, started investing in November 2016, currently own 17 units. Looking to continue investing in the greater WNY area, open to all towns and suburbs but would like to move into syndicating small to mid sized apartment deals (10-30 units). Investments spread between Tonawanda, Cheektowaga, South Buffalo and Niagara Falls. One flip under my belt and will likely do more to raise capital. Looking to expand as quickly as possible, open to mutually beneficial partnerships. Avid listener of the BP Podcast, primarily interested in buy & hold.
