Hello! We currently have a large scale flipping business, and a 650+ unit apartment portfolio. On the multifamily side, our units are focused in the south east. We are looking to grow our portfolio and help put together new deals as one of the GP/KPs in the syndication, and provide opportunities to other passive investors. We currently have units in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Our flipping business is currently investing in Florida, from Pensacola to Panama City, and as far north as Crestview.
