I have been actively investing since 2014, focusing in the Shuswap and Okanagan in BC. Since then I have grown my portfolio to 20 doors and counting - focusing on BRRRR’s for long term rent and hold, air bnb and land subdivision and flips. Over this time I spent several years as a realtor where I focused on working with investors to find great opportunities throughout the valley. This allowed me to build a great network of resources - as having a powerful team is a fundamental key to success! These days my focus is on continuing to grow with direct to seller marketing and joint venturing.
