Entrepreneur at heart! Started an award-winning winery in South Jersey in 2013 (Salem Oak Vineyards in NJ) and bought my first rental property. Since then the winery has taken off and I've been able to scale up my portfolio to 21 SFR's, 1 ground-up development, and a 96 unit MF in Huntsville. I'm actively syndicating multifamily deals across the Sunbelt region as well as looking for Self-storage and NNN here in the Tri-State area. My specialty is in underwriting, acquisition and due diligence and I am more than happy to help share my knowledge or potentially partner on deals.
