Hello everybody. I'm looking to connect with other investors who want to buy and hold apartments for long term cash flow. During the 1st quarter of 2019, I started making offers on apartments and have had amazing results so far; I expect to close my first deal 2nd quarter 2019. At the same time, my current cash flowing portfolio consists of STR's and traditional SF rentals. Of course I plan to expand all of these portfolios, but 90% of my energy is finding apartment opportunities. I hope to connect with other fruitful and productive investors.
