Chris Martell

I'm a professional ballroom dancer and trainer to ultimate fighters. For 10 years I ran my own business teaching Martial Arts & Self-Defense, and in that time I developed tremendous marketing skills (especially online marketing). I sold my business after being offered an opportunity to return to professional Ballroom Dancing, as a manager and staff trainer. In my 3rd year back I became injured and transitioned to a desk job, in marketing & communications for a wonderful Design/Build firm offering high-end residential remodeling and new construction, including award-winning zero-energy homes. I'm excited to transition into full time real estate investing.
