22 years of age looking to become a successful real estate investor sooner rather than later. I understand that won't come easy but I am willing to put in the time and effort it takes. I have been studying wholesaling since october of 2018. I actually started taking action to generate leads in May of 2019. No deals closed yet and i am currently living with my parents and 2 year old son and i am looking to find a multi unit to house hack so i can save up capital to eventually put towards some fix and flips, buy and holds, and growing my business.
