Christopher Price

Chris Price is a corporate professional, pharmaceutical executive, and leader with over 17 years of business operations experience at the world’s largest privately held and top 20 overall pharmaceutical company, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In addition to excelling in the board room, Chris is building his real estate portfolio as a rising accredited real estate investor and entrepreneur where he has been investing since 2012. As a corporate professional, Chris brings with him several areas of expertise. Over his career, Chris has taken on various roles of increasing responsibility across both medical affairs and commercial operations. Currently, Chris is Senior Associate Director, Marketing and Medical Operations. In this role, Chris oversees all operational aspects of promotional and non-promotional material review, as well as agency operations within the Respiratory and Established Brands area. Chris has diverse set of experiences and tremendous business acumen ranging from operations, program, project, technology, and financial management. Chris has multiple years of experience implementing numerous business process improvements, technology solutions, systems driving business success. Chris is a motivated high achiever who exceeds expectations by delivering results. Chris has twice earned the company’s highest honors, The Presidents Award, as well as garnering industry and numerous department honors and awards for his leadership and contributions to the business. Chris has served as membership chair of the award-winning Greater Connecticut Chapter of the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) and most recently the past co-president of the White Plains Council of Neighborhood Associations in White Plains, NY. In addition, Chris has given back to his hometown in Danbury, CT where he served on the scholarship review committee at The Hord Foundation which specializes in helping young black youth in the Fairfield County CT area with financial scholarships to pursue higher education until 2018. Chris is from Danbury, CT, by way of Greensboro, NC. He graduated from Danbury High School where he was a stellar student-athlete, earning several honors, including All-American honors in track and field and several other notable track and field and football honors. Chris received a scholarship and athletic grant to continue his educational and athletic journey at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY where he received a BA in Communications and Public Relations. Chris succeeded in the classroom and dominated on the football field, where he earned All-American running back honors in the Football Sub-Division (formerly Division 1 AA) team. Chris has continued his formal education receiving a Masters Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University, an MBA in Health Care Management from Capella University, and a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification. Chris is using his years of experience in corporate America, single family rental investing, educational background, and team-sports background to scale into multi-family real estate investing of which he continues to educate himself daily both formally and informally for years. Today, Chris has invested in a real estate fund, and multiple real estate syndications as a Limited Partner (LP) where he shares control of over 330 units. Chris’s biggest accomplishments are his family. He is married to his lovely wife Allison (Freeney) Price of North Adams, MA, who he met at Marist. Together, the have 2 beautiful children, Zoey (9) and her little brother Caden (7). They reside in White Plains, NY.
