I know enough to know that I don't know anything. Experience: In April 2015, I purchased my first rent/rehab property. After many difficulties in this first year, I would like to try to rent/hold properties for passive income. Real Estate Goals: I am interested in learning to analyze and purchase properties for rental/passive income to supplement retirement income. Currently Seeking: I am seeking local REI colleagues and other BiggerPockets members who are also interested in doing REI, both beginners like me or seasoned investers.
