About myself
In the process of saving to purchase my 1st investment property out of state (I'm based in Brooklyn,NY), preferably a multi-family property. My goal is to attain as much knowledge as I can before purchase as to keep my mistakes to a minimum thus leading to smarter, quicker following purchases.
