Chrissy Tighe

Hi, I’m Chrissy Tighe with Blue Ridge Realty in Blue Ridge, Georgia. I’m a real estate agent with 16 years of experience helping buyers and sellers in the North Georgia mountains. I specialize in short-term rental cabins, vacation homes, and investment properties in Blue Ridge, Ellijay, and the surrounding mountain communities. Many of my clients are investors looking for Airbnb and vacation rental cabins that can generate income while also serving as a personal mountain retreat. I work closely with buyers to identify properties with strong short-term rental potential, including cabins with mountain views, hot tubs, game rooms, and private settings that attract vacation guests. I also help sellers position their cabins to appeal to the growing number of STR investors coming to the Blue Ridge market. If you’re considering investing in a Blue Ridge cabin, vacation rental, or mountain property, I’m always happy to connect and share what I’m seeing in the local market.
