My passion for real estate has allowed me to work with the top producing multi-family brokerage team in Utah, ARA Newmark. In just the past 12 months I have analyzed nearly $75,000,000 of commercial property ranging from 4 plexes to 170 unit apartment communities, in addition to completing comprehensive rent surveys in numerous submarkets across the Wasatch Front. While my primary interest has been applied to the financial underwriting of apartments over the past year, my obsession with real estate has also played a significant role in my academic background as a student of both traditional business and City/Metropolitan planning, and the correlation between demographic and economic drivers have with the placement and quality of real estate development. My age and experience are a catapult not a crutch, and gives me a catalyst to worker harder and smarter, in order to add as much value as possible to my work and those around me.
