I'm a Video Game Producer who has been in the industry for 16 years. While I love producing great video games, I've always had the pipe dream of getting into Real Estate Investing. I'm currently in the learning phase and hoping to make my first investment in the next year. Experience: I am currently saving and searching for my first rental property. Likely out of state because I live in SF. Real Estate Goals: Short term goal is to break into the market by purchasing a multi-family property. Once that's done and I'm feeling more comfortable, I'd like to start increasing my properties until I have enough cash flow to focus on real estate full time. Currently Seeking: Right now, I'm in saving mode. I'm trying to save enough for a down payment. Additionally, I'm doing as much reading and learning as I can.
