Real Estate Consultant
About Me I connect long-term DACH investors (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) with vetted real-estate projects in North Carolina and Virginia. My role: on-the-ground operator — sourcing deals, coordinating builders, documenting progress, and keeping investors fully informed. One of my investors is preparing for direct investments in NC. I plan to relocate to the U.S. around 2026 to run operations locally. Background • 20+ years logistics & project management (German Armed Forces): process, reliability, documentation, international coordination. • Lived with my family in the U.S.: housing, schools, systems — I know how things work on the ground. • Bilingual DE/EN: bridging cultures and explaining complex topics simply. • Strong governance mindset: clear milestones, photo documentation, 3-way checks, transparent reporting. What I’m Building A small DE/EN consulting & operator service for vetted investment projects: • Deal sourcing • Budgeting & contractor coordination • Transparent investor reporting • Exit/refi preparation • (Later) property management for stabilized assets What I’m Looking For Right now I’m here to build reliable long-term partnerships — not to pitch deals. I’m especially interested in: • Agents & brokers experienced with investor clients (rehabs, BTR, small multis). • Wholesalers with steady off-market flow in the Triangle or Virginia. • Builders & contractors who value structured, repeat business. • Inspectors, attorneys & lenders used to working with out-of-state/international owners. If you’re active in NC or VA and open to an honest exchange about what works in today’s market, I’d be happy to connect. How I Work Process-driven, transparent, reliable. Focused on long-term collaboration, not one-offs. Connect LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/christian-bensch Email: [email protected]
